What happens when you combine the masters of flame, smoke and single malt together on a hot summer night? The answer is Havana Nights, a celebration of cars, cigars and barrel aged beverages. This year will feature a pig-roast and flame fueled Cuban cooking styles from Tacoma’s most celebrated chefs.

Montecristo Cigar Lounge : Rich in history and tradition, Montecristo remains the ultimate benchmark for cigars. They will be curating an exceptional variety of stogies that will serve as a celebratory nod to the Caribbean & Central America and its cigar makers of yesteryear.

What is a cigar without a single malt scotch? The Balvenie craftsmen have an intimate understanding of their materials and a desire to make the very best whisky possible. Their process is a combination of expertise, skill and ambition which gives its unique character. They even make a Caribbean Cask 14 year old single malt whisky that has been matured in traditional oak whisky casks for 14 years, and then “˜finished’ in casks that previously held Caribbean rum. We will be featuring: Balvenie 12 yr Doublewood, Balvenie 14 yr Caribbean Cask, Balvenie 15 yr Sherry Cask

Wine and cigars have similar rituals. Removing a cork, pouring, swirling and clinging of glasses is much like the selecting, cutting, and lighting of a fine cigar. Experience Hedges Family Estate wine garden and enjoy a refreshing white or bold red wine. They will be featuring: HFE Red and CMS Sauvignon Blanc.

The #tiki revival has swept the Pacific Northwest and what is a Havana fiesta without a little rum?! Heritage Distilling Co. will be focus on some Hemmingway approved cocktails that will get you out dancing the salsa in no time!

Sabro Son brings together a group of accomplished musicians with a wealth of experience and passion. Alex Rivera on vocals was raised during the New York Salsa era. A street style sonero with a respect for the traditional roots of the music.
