Author Jay Gillotti will present on the creative process for car books.  Using his own books as examples, Jay will cover concept, structure, the research and writing process, layout and design collaboration, the role of the publisher, and some technical and behind-the-scenes views of producing a new book.  Jay will also preview the specifics on his new book, “Porsche Decades”, along with some interesting and amusing anecdotes about the journey.  Parents with teenagers interested in cars and/or writing, please bring the kids.  Jay is always happy to answer questions and offer advice to other authors and creators.

“Porsche Decades” is the result of a four-year effort to write an introduction to Porsche history, covering 1875 to 2023.
