Membership levels
is my membership tax deductible?
Our Individual membership is the only membership level that is fully tax deductible. All other membership levels include tangible benefits, which are restricted from tax deductibility by the IRS. The deductibility of benefits included in Family level memberships and higher is as shown below:
- $120 Family level membership: $12 may be tax deductible
- $300 Silver level membership: $48 may be tax deductible
- $600 Gold level membership: $204 may be tax deductible
- Club Auto + Higher: $682+ may be tax deductible
To waive these benefits, please contact our membership team at membership@aat.org when you join or renew your membership. For further guidance, please consult your tax advisor.
Museums for All
ACM’s Museums for All membership is a complimentary membership for residents of Tacoma receiving food assistance (EBT, WIC, or SNAP benefits), funded by Tacoma Creates. Member benefits are equivalent to that of a Family level membership and are valid for a full 12-months. To sign up, simply visit the Museum with your photo ID and SNAP EBT card, and a Museum team member will assist you at the front desk! Two named adults and up to four children under the age of 18 may be included on the membership. Please note, you must be a resident of Tacoma to utilize this program.

Membership to America’s Automotive Trust provides driving opportunities across the United States, virtual events and experiences, member portal for e-learning, access to LeMay – America’s Car Museum and much more for all of the Trust’s partner entities.
