If Cars Could Talk – Cruisin’ at 99.9995 mph

September 5, 2017 @ 11:30 am - 12:30 pm

Free

ACM volunteer Bill Lum will talk about his and his daughter Megan’s recent experience racing his Lexus i350 in the Nevada Open Road Challenge. For the past 27 years, the state of Nevada has been closing down 90 miles of highway for the Silver State Classic Challenge Series of Open Road Rally Events. Join us as Bill shares videos and stories from the road.

There are many chapters to the story of the automobile. If cars could talk, they might just share stories we never imagined. Each month, our speaker will pick a car and offer a fascinating peek into its history. Join us the first Tuesday of each month, and explore the story of cars with Museum curators, staff, or local personalities over lunch.

Complimentary with Museum admission. Bring a lunch, or enjoy a meal from Classics by Pacific Grill.
