If Cars Could Talk – Saving History: The 1930 Ford Model A Cabriolet Project

November 12, 2019 @ 11:30 am - 12:30 pm

Join ACM Curator of Collections, Renée Crist, as well as members of the Ford Model A club, as they update us on the Museum’s Ford Model A Cabriolet restoration project. The team is currently performing a frame-off restoration of the 1930 Ford Model A Cabriolet, which is part of the ACM Collection and has never been on display in the museum due to it needing extensive repairs. Hear first-hand how the project is progressing and see more pictures of the team hard at work!

Follow the link below to visit the Ford Model A Restoration Project page and learn more. We are currently accepting donations of cash, parts, and/or services in support of this exciting project.

LEARN MORE

There are many chapters to the story of the automobile. If cars could talk, they might just share stories we never imagined. Each month, our speaker will pick a car or automotive topic and offer a fascinating peek into its history. Join us on the second Tuesday of each month, and explore the story of cars with Museum curators, staff or local personalities over lunch.

This event is FREE for ACM Members and included with Museum admission. Bring a lunch, or enjoy a meal from Classics by Pacific Grill.
