2016 Rules of Entry – Vintage Motorcycle Festival: The MEET at ACM

  • 1st place winners and Best of Show should in running condition. At the Judge’s discretion they may ask the owner to start the motorcycle. All winners are strongly urged to ride their motorcycle to the award arena.
    • The exception to this is for the race bike class. The winning bike will not be required to be ridden but may be at the owner’s discretion.
  • Individual pop-up covers are not allowed due to Haub Family Field constraints.
  • Please note: All online registration for classes will close July 28th at 12:00 pm.
    • Early online registration is available until July 15 at 12:00 pm for $15.
    • Late online registration will be available until July 28th at 12:00 pm for $20.
    • Final registration will be available on Friday, July 29 on the Haub Family Field from 4 – 7 pm and at the VMF on Saturday, July 30 from 7 – 10 am.
  • IMG_6094The VMF Advisory Committee reserves the right to refuse acceptance of any entry onto the Haub Family Field.
  • The VMF Advisory Committee will make final decisions on individual motorcycle classifications.
  • Motorcycles will be allowed to ride at walking speeds, onto the field, beginning at 7 am on Saturday, July 30th and all motorcycles must be in place by 10 am or entry will not be allowed.
  • Judging will take place between 10 am and 2 pm on Saturday, July 30 Once a bike has been judged, a ribbon will be placed on it.
  • All motorcycles must remain in position and not leave the Haub Family Field until the final award is presented at approximately 5 pm.
  • “For Sale” signs are not allowed to be displayed on motorcycles being judged, or on the field outside of the Used Bike Corral.
  • Identified Line Captains will be the point of contact for winners in each class.
    • An identifying ribbon will be placed on each of the 1st place winning motorcycles. Owners of the winning motorcycles should identify themselves to the Line Captain no later than 3:00 pm.
  • Line Captains will coordinate the movement of the winning motorcycles to the awards area. Please follow their directions to ensure safe and timely movement on the Haub Family Field.
  • It is highly encouraged to provide a mobile phone number on your entrant’s registration to facilitate judges and VMF Advisory committee members contacting owners of the winning motorcycles.
