If Cars Could Talk – The Maxwell Story: Women who Drove Across the Nation and Across the Centuries

In 1909, Alice Ramsey left New York City in a 1909 Maxwell DA and became the first woman to make the transcontinental journey from New York to California. She and her all-female team accomplished this impressive feat just six years after the first successful male cross-country drive, making headlines and cementing their place in history.
